Resume Writing Service (TPR) reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of the course participants to review and comply with the latest version of these terms.
If the TPRW payment is cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, we offer a full refund (less any credit card, ZipPay or AfterPay fees plus a 5% administration fee). TPR may consider partial refunds within the first 30 days, depending on administrative fees and how many course modules have been completed. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility will be assessed according to the number of completed modules. No refunds will be accepted after 30-days of payment. If you are not satisfied with the course, reach out to your coach at info@resumewritingservice.au to request additional support or modify the course plan. There is no set deadline for each activity, therefore, time to complete the course is unlimited and can be completed at a self paced rate.
